Time To Burn Fat: The ‘Gold Nugget’ One Hour Of Each Day

So what is the upper crust time to burn fat?

In my estimates there is one hour out of each day that people neglect the most.

Just 1/24th… 4.17%… of each and every day that basically gets thrown out the window in a barrage of turmoil. And it’s this neglected time-slot that just happens to be the gold nugget for those trying to lose weight rabbit!

Stay with me on this for a minute…

You wake up after 6-8 hours of sleep (Or perhaps tossing and turning non-take a nap), but whatever the case you wake up and you haven’t touched any food for those several hours while you’re sleeping.

So what do you do?…
